1. Introduction

AgentNow is a technology platform that connects users ("Users") seeking to get certain tasks done with independent agents ("Agents") who are willing to perform those tasks. We are solely a neutral marketplace and do not perform the tasks ourselves. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between Users and Agents.

2. Our Role & Responsibility

Our responsibility is limited to providing the platform to facilitate the connection between Users and Agents. While we may perform a basic verification process for Agents, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Agents. We do not endorse any particular Agent.

3. Payments and Transactions

All financial transactions are strictly between the User and the Agent. AgentNow does not process payments, hold funds in escrow, or take any commission from the transactions. We are not responsible for any disputes related to payments, refunds, or pricing. Users and Agents are responsible for agreeing on fair terms before a task begins.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, or availability of any services or any Agents.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. User and Agent Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of any User or Agent who violates these terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
